What Tally is

Tally is a back office for creators: campaigns, pitches, income, expenses and the reminders that go with them. Your records belong to you. We store them so they are there on every device you sign in on.

What we collect

  • Your account. An email address, and a name if you give one. If you sign in with Apple or Google, the identifier they share with us.
  • Your records. Everything you enter or import into Tally: brands, deal terms, dates, amounts, notes, contacts and any files you attach.
  • Subscription status. Whether your subscription is active, and when it ends. Payment itself is handled by Apple or Google. We never see your card.
  • Device tokens for notifications, only if you turn notifications on.
  • Notes you send us through Feedback, and your replies to surveys.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, show ads, or share your records with anyone except the services below that run Tally. We do not use your records to train AI models.

Services that run Tally

  • Neon and Vercel host the database and the servers, in the United States.
  • Vercel Blob stores files you attach.
  • Resend delivers sign-in codes by email.
  • RevenueCat tracks subscription status from Apple and Google.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers notifications to the app.
  • Anthropic processes documents you choose to import, to turn them into records. Only what you upload for import is sent, and only when you ask.

Deleting your data

Settings has a Delete account button. It removes your account, every record in it, your files, and your notification devices. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You can also export everything first, from the same screen.
