About Tally
I built Tally because staying organized still felt like work.
Before Tally, I was running my creator business through multiple spreadsheets, calendars, and notes. Everything was technically written down, but I was still constantly checking to make sure I hadn’t forgotten a deadline, missed a follow-up, or lost track of a payment. I wanted a system that didn’t just store my information. I wanted one that helped carry the workload.

Founder
Hi, I’m Madison.
I’m an active UGC creator and the founder of Tally. I built Tally while running my own creator business because I wanted a system that would remember things for me instead of relying on my memory.
Why I built it
I needed something that worked the way my brain did.
I’m a very visual person, and when information feels cluttered or scattered, I get overwhelmed quickly. I was using multiple spreadsheets, calendars, and notes to keep track of my creator business, but I could never get everything to feel as clear or connected as I wanted. Even when everything was tracked, I still had that worry in the back of my head that something important might be missing.
The biggest thing I wanted to change was the mental load. I didn’t want to be responsible for remembering every deadline, follow-up, payment, or task just because I was the person who built the system. I wanted my system to remember for me. That became the foundation for Tally.
From my workflow to yours
I couldn’t find what I wanted, so I built it.
Once I started looking at how other creators were managing their businesses, I realized I wasn’t the only one piecing everything together across spreadsheets, Notion boards, calendars, and notes. There are plenty of ways to organize information, but I couldn’t find the kind of system I was looking for. I wanted something that could actually surface what needed attention instead of relying on me to remember to check it.
That’s when Tally stopped being something I wanted only for myself and became something I wanted to build for other creators too.
Built while doing the work
Tally was built inside a real creator business.
I’m still an active UGC creator, and I built Tally while managing my own pitches, campaigns, deadlines, payments, expenses, and everything else that comes with running a creator business. Tally has also been tested by other working creators throughout development, and their feedback has helped shape how it works.
This wasn’t built around what we thought creators might need. It was built while actually doing the work.
Built for the business side
Run the business behind your content.
Creating the content is only one part of the job. Behind every campaign are pitches, deadlines, follow-ups, payments, expenses, and all the little details that keep your business moving. Tally was built to help manage that side of creator work, so you can stay organized without carrying all of it in your head.
You focus on creating. Tally helps you run the business behind it.
